We have a variety of turkeys, Royal Palm bronze, Eastern, black Spanish,broad breasted white, broad breasted bronze, red bourbon , blue slate. this variety of turkeys is from larger, (broad breasted white, broad breasted bronze) which are good for meat, to a more exotic one(blue slate) that is part of the heritage turkeys while all others fall in a heritage category also but are less exotic
